Our Program…

Wild Monarchs Child Care is a licensed family home child care program rooted in the belief that children learn best through play, exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships. We provide a warm, nurturing environment where children can grow at their own pace while developing confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Our days are intentionally balanced with opportunities for active play, outdoor exploration, creative expression, music and movement, Spanish language input, and quiet moments of connections. We believe that children learn through hands-on experiences, open-ended materials, meaningful conversations, and real-life discoveries.

Inspired by play-based, child-centered philosophies, we strive to create an environment where children feel safe, capable, and valued. We follow children’s interests, encourage curiosity, and support the development of social-emotional skills alongside cognitive growth.

Throughout the day, children may engage in activities such as:

  • Process art & creative exploration

  • Sensory play & discovery

  • Music, movement, and rhythm activities

  • Outdoor play & nature exploration

  • Building, creating, and problem-solving

  • Storytelling, books, and language development

  • Spanish exposure through songs, conversations, and play

At Wild Monarchs, we believe childhood is not something to rush through. We honor the wonder of early childhood by providing a space where children can learn, play, imagine, create, and simply be children.

What Makes Us Different

Play-Based Learning

We believe children learn best through hands-on experiences, exploration, and meaningful play. Rather than rushing academics, we provide opportunities for children to discover, create, problem-solve, and build confidence through real experiences. This lays the foundation for a lifelong love of learning and help children develop the skills they need to thrive both in school and beyond.

Music & Movement

Music is woven throughout our days through songs, rhythm activities, movement games, finger plays, and creative expression. Children are encouraged to participate, explore, and experience the joy of music together.

Spanish Exposure

Children are introduced to Spanish naturally through songs, stories, everyday conversation, and play. Our goal is to foster curiosity and appreciation for language in a fun and meaningful way.

Nature & Outdoor Exploration

We believe children thrive when they have opportunities to connect with the natural world. Outdoor play, seasonal discoveries, and nature-inspired learning are important parts of our program.

Small Group Care

Our family home setting allows us to build strong relationships with each child and family. We value connection, individualized care, and creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe and supported.

While each day is guided by the needs and interests of the children in our care, our daily rhythm provides a balance of predictability, exploration, creativity, and connection.
